The surface of the burger and slider press are nonstick making it easy to remove the patties as they're prepared. The burger press has a removable bottom plate for easy extraction. Make two perfectly portioned patties at once in the slider press. Taking out the fresh patties is easy with the removable bottom plate and handle.
