This kit includes a large, round pizza stone, stainless steel dual-purpose rack and six skewers. The porous surface of the pizza stone pulls moisture away from the pizza crust, pastries, and breads for light crispy results. The natural surface doesn't retain odors and flavors; so last week's garlic pizza won't flavor this week's homestyle honey biscuits. It is recommended that you hand wash your Baking Stone by hand, with warm water, once completely cooled. Avoid soapy water and scrubbing. The rack is multifunctional. Use it to easily move the pizza stone from the grill to the kitchen. Use the rack for grilling ribs, roasts and chickens and it even has convenient grooves to hold the skewers.
